Lance Heck

Arrows Founder, CEO, & Coach

Coach Lance and his wife Chelcy founded Arrows Athletics after recognizing the call to share the gospel through youth sports. As a Competitive Baseball coach since 2008, Lances former players are now becoming leaders in their communities. He is focused on challenging players to grow into strong young men by teaching the game of life on the ball field.

Clint Hendry

Arrows Assistant Director & Coach

Coach Clint has been coaching travel baseball since 2011. He has coached more than 1,500 travel baseball games. Clint played college baseball at Florida State University and Stetson University. He brings a tremendous level of enthusiasm, passion, and knowledge of the game to young players. He has a strong focus on details and development in all phases of the game. He is married, has two children and serves as a Student Pastor at a local church.

Toni Willis

Arrows Softball Program Manager & Head Coach

Coach Toni grew up playing the game of softball since she was 6 years old and has had a love for catching ever since. She graduated 3 rd in her High School class with a 4.67 G.P.A, earning 10 varsity letters and being selected as a Wendy’s High School Heisman nominee. After High School, Toni played for St. Johns River State College where she graduated as the Valedictorian with her Associates in Arts Degree. She was named NJCAA Distinguished Academic All American, Who’s Who Among National Junior College Students, and was inducted into the Viking Hall of Fame. She went on to play at the University of North Florida where she received honors as an Academic All-American and earned her Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and her Masters in Public Administration. After graduating with her Bachelors Degree, Toni was the

Head Coach for women’s softball at St. Johns River State College, where she later became the Athletic Director.


Toni is married to her high school sweetheart and has two children. She currently serves as the Childrens Ministry Director at a local church where she loves helping children grow in their relationship with Jesus. She loves building relationships with children and families and has a passion for helping them grow closer to God and closer to one another.
